Meditation is a form of relaxation and provides opportunity take a break from the daily stresses in life. It is also suggested that meditation can have many flow on health benefits for our mind and body.
Meditation Group gives you the opportunity to relax to a YouTube de-stress meditation session for approximately 30 to 50 minutes.
The sessions vary from body scan relaxation or visualisation, to sometimes focusing on topics such as anxiety or past troubles.
The group is confidential and very supportive of one another, providing a caring place to take time out of your busy day to come and chat and unwind for a short time.
There is no specific focus on any particular religious belief. We welcome anyone to come and join us to simply relax and let go of any stress they may want to release.

Introducing Meditation at Puriri Street
