Meditating can be a great way to relax the mind and body. It offers an escape from the daily stresses of life and can have other health benefits.

Meditation is a form of relaxation that provides an opportunity to take a break from the daily stresses in life. It is also suggested that meditation can have many flow-on health benefits for the mind and body.

Meditation groups are a place to relax and de-stress in a welcoming environment with a meditation guide to help talk you through the process. These sessions vary from body scan visualisation to listening to a YouTube de-stress meditation video, and will sometimes focus on a topic such as reducing anxiety. Typically, our meditation groups last for 30 to 50 minutes. 

There is no specific focus on any particular belief, and we welcome anyone to come and join us.
