Stanmore visits the Shoreline Gym in New Brighton on Wednesday mornings and usually every alternate Friday morning. This is a popular activity and one which enables members to maintain and improve their fitness and strength levels.

The gym has a good range of both cardio, and machine and free weights. We can create a programme that suits your personal level of fitness.

You don’t need to be a gym bunny to fit in here so come along and give it a go!
