Gardening often can help to reduce stress, and there’s nothing quite like that sense of pride when your plants start to flower or produce herbs, fruits, and vegetables that you can use in your cooking.

Tasks vary throughout the seasons, and there is always something to do at the Step Ahead garden. Some of the types of activities that gardening groups do include lawn mowing, weeding, potting up plants, hanging baskets, thinning out, planting seedlings, and vegetable growing.
